Terms and Conditions

It is understood and accepted that the treatment received by Spirit and Sound Wellness is of alternative/therapeutic nature and not of a medical/diagnostic or curative approach. It is also understood and accepted that the results of the treatment are not guaranteed in any way and that any data or notes taken during the sessions will remain the property of your clinic as part of the case history records. In addition, I understand that a copy of any kept personal records will be made available to me within 48 hours of my request at any such time and that my personal information, unless otherwise noted by me, may be used by your clinic for notification of any future news, products or services as deemed appropriate by your clinic. I am attending your clinic of my own free will and consent and exercise my right to discuss and choose any suitable treatments available to me.

Spirit and Sound Wellness wishes to advise that all sessions are to be viewed as entertainment only, all advice (legal, financial, personal, or business, etc.) is subject to the discretion of the client.  All sessions are for one attendee only.

Each client comes to a session with the knowledge that all advice is a guide only.

Spirit and Sound Wellness is not responsible for the decisions made by the client.

I further understand that no account is rendered by your clinic and my payment is at the time of booking or service and can be made either by cash or credit card. I understand and accept the cancellation policy of your clinic is 48 hours notice with a full consultation fee to be paid when failing to notify in advance. For remote (online/phone) sessions, if the client cannot be contacted at the scheduled time then the booking will be forfeited and payment will not be refunded.  Spirit and Sound Wellness reserves the right to cancel any session within a two-hour period of a pre-booked session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. The session will be rescheduled to a later date.

All bookings are non-refundable, unless deemed appropriate by Spirit and Sound Wellness.
